Buddy Valenzuela - Founder
Known to all as simply “Buddy V”, his catchphrase of “Heck yeah!” is infectious. He always likes to have a good time whether he is doing something he enjoys, helping others or pushing himself to the limit while training. Buddy knows life is what you make it and thrives on helping others discover that.
Born in Lakewood, he still calls Washington home. Family is number one and his favorite role is being Dad.
